Estate Management Services completed its quarterly lake inspection and reported the following on July 11, 2023:
We conducted your next quarterly inspection on June 26th, 2024. The survey was conducted on both ponds via kayak by our field biologist, Bailey Quintley. Both bodies of water were in good condition. No new erosion issues exist. We were concerned about possible E-Coli issues, so we pulled water samples from each pond. E-Coli was detected at 4.1 and 21.8 colonies per ML. The World Health Organization (WHO) limits E-Coli to less than 126 colonies for swimming. The results show you below the WHO level. We do need to have some geese removed if you have a service for that, otherwise, the lakes are great, and several bream beds had active activity.
